Return Policy
At Tee Guru USA we value quality. We also value you, our customer, and that is why we offer a simple online return process.
Customers can submit an online return request for custom orders within 15 days of receiving their order in the rare case that items within the order are materially different in workmanship and design from the artwork requested.

WHEN IS A DECISION MADE?
Within 2-5 business days you will receive an email from our Returns department with an update about your request. Our reputation matters and that is why we kindly ask our customers to allow us to first reprint the defective items.
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with the reprint, you will receive an email with a pre-paid and pre-addressed return label for the reprinted items.
Once received by our Returns department and it is confirmed that the return complies with our return policy, we will issue a full refund for those items.
IS SHIPPING REFUNDABLE?
Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
WHEN WILL THE FUNDS BE RETURNED TO MY ACCOUNT?
A refund can take up to 7 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider.
